VOLVOFAN company sells parts for Volvo cars via the Internet.

Products are sold in the ordinary course of business through websites volvofan.pl and volvofan.eu. All copyrights to the online store and its contents belong to Volvofan.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Shipment of auto parts provide in Polish and European countries.

  • Orders are accepted by the www.volvofan.eu or by the phone.
  • To each order, we add shipping cost by Post Office or DPD Courier. Detailed tables with prices for items can be found on the information page: "Shipping". In the case of combined shipping several parts may be necessary to adjust the delivery costs. In this case, it will be agreed with the Client.

Each order is issued a receipt in the case of individual customers or invoice for companies. Receipt or invoice is issued when all ordered by the customer goods are completed and ready for shipment.

·  The customer can modify the order until you receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of the goods ordered. The customer has the ability to check order status after logging in to your account at the store. The customer can cancel the order by telephone (+48) 603 722 076 (Edyta), or by e-mail at parts@volvofan.eu. Orders already been sent, can not be canceled.

Original parts imported for individual orders are non-refundable.

· Sending Order constitutes acceptance by the Purchaser of the provisions of these Regulations.

· All the basic prices are in Polish Zloty, and include 23% VAT. Prices in Pounds and Euros are converted to customers in Europe. The price given for each commodity is binding at the time of order. VOLVOFAN reserves the right to change prices of goods on offer, introducing new products to offer an online store, carry and cancel promotions on our website or make changes.

VAT 0%

NOTE - The price may be lower VAT of 23% included in the basic price only when the customer is established in the European Union and the parts will be exported beyond the Polish borders to the country in the European Union. Then the issue FV VAT 0% VAT rate. VAT number must be valid - check VAT (VIES) it is correct.

NOTE - We don't reinvoicing the cost of shipping the Post Office

TAX FREE

Buyers, who are natural persons having no place of residence in the territory of EU member states acquire the ability to reduce the amount of purchased goods contained in them VAT. This reduction is done secondarily, ie. After the presentation of a document confirming the export of goods purchased outside the EU.

The minimum value of purchases at which the traveler is entitled to 200 PLN.

With the reimbursement of VAT on goods purchased will be charged a commission of 3% of the amount refunded but no less 10 PLN.

Delivery time

· The date of receipt of the shipment consists of lead time and its delivery.

1) Standard shipping - cost optimized, delivered by your national post office (example: in France: La Poste; in UK: Postoffice.co.uk; in U.S.: USPS ect., each country has own national post office service).

2) Courier service
- delivered by DPD.

* Delivery time: 3-5 days

RETURN POLICY

· Under the Act of May 14, 2014, "The Consumer Rights", The customer may return goods purchased in our store for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. This is possible only if the goods were not used or been damaged in any way. We will be pleased if the terms are agreed upon in advance by phone.

  • Refundable part of the originally packed and do not have signs of mounting
  • Original parts imported for individual orders are non-refundable.

Returned merchandise should be returned together with the received along with the receipt, store or bank account number to which the refund is to be made and data owners that account along with the phone number.

If returned products was exhibited FV should be to contact the company employee Volvofan to issue a correction FV and send it to the address of the customer. Only after receipt of a signed copy of this adjustment will be made to refund the Customer's account.

The store guarantees repayment of the amount equal to the price of the product. All payments for reimbursement will be returned within 14 days by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer.

Do not accept any parcels sent COD.

 

When you can not withdraw from the contract:

 

The right of withdrawal contained in www.volvofan.eu not entitled to the Buyer (consumer) with regard to contracts:

  • service, if the entrepreneur made a full service with the express consent of the consumer, who has been informed before the provision that under the provision of the entrepreneur will lose the right to withdraw from the contract;

All products sold in the shop VOLVOFAN are covered by 12 month manufacturer's warranty.

COMPLAINTS

Please tell us about wanting to make a complaint - by phone or email. Fill out the complaint form (fill in the form will allow more efficient examination of the complaint). Complained part along with the complaint form, proof of purchase of parts (receipt or invoice) should be sent to a stationary store (Volvofan Poland 15-727 Białystok st. Hetmańska 36).

Do not accept any parcels sent COD. We try to make all the complaints were dealt with within 14 days from the date of receipt to us.

Complaints of goods sent abroad Polish take place on the same terms as goods domestically. They apply the provisions of Polish law.

If the item sold has a defect, the buyer may withdraw from the contract or demand a reduction in price. However, the buyer can withdraw from the contract if the seller immediately replace the defective thing for free from defects or faults immediately remove. This limitation does not apply if the item has been replaced or repaired by the seller, unless the defects are insignificant.


In case of positive response to the complaint the damaged product will be replaced by another, full blown, and if it is impossible (for example, due to exhaustion of stocks), shop will return the equivalent price of the product or offer other goods available in the store to choose from.

If the shipment does not arrive to you in spite of the order and confirm it by volvofan.eu, please contact us immediately with the employee Volvofan.

Complaints relating to mechanical damage caused during transport packages (Post Office or DPD) - If you notice, the package is damaged, please immediately contact us, even in the presence of an employee of the Post Office or a courier DPD. Writing off the damage protocol with the employee providing the package (DPD or Post Office) facilitate and accelerate the processing of your complaint.

If a consignment delivered to the visible external damage, the Customer can refuse to adopt because of "external damage", or upon receipt of a shipment open in the event of failure of a write down of the courier "damage report".

· Seller is not responsible for damages incurred by the Buyer as a result of loss of data or delays in the receipt or transfer of information caused by events beyond the control of the website owner volvofan.eu and which prevent its correct functioning, having the nature of force majeure, in particular, the lack of transmission, incorrect transmission, delay or service outage, war, hurricane, fire, flood, earthquake, strike, acts, failure of the Internet or part of the power grid, and others.

These data may be removed any time at the User’s request.
